How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Georgia takes 3 business days. International delivery time depends on the destination country and the courier.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL or Inex, and within Georgia through Easyway.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Georgia: parcels up to 2 kg cost 9 GEL in cities and 12 GEL in regions; parcels over 2 kg cost 12 GEL in cities and 15 GEL in regions. For international orders the cost depends on the destination country and is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

For international orders, customs clearance fees, duties and taxes depend on the destination country and are paid by the buyer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking code.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank card, including foreign cards. Prices are shown in GEL and USD.
